Refund & Return Policy
All sales are subject to the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), which provides customers with rights to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty, unsafe, or do not meet reasonable expectations.
Returns & Refunds
Change of Mind – We do not offer refunds if you change your mind about a purchase.
Clothing & Sizing – If you purchase clothing online and the size is incorrect, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 21 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with tags attached.
Faulty or Damaged Items – If an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 21 days with your order details and photos. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the CGA.
How to Return an Item

2. If eligible, we will provide return instructions.
3. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
